This is a small selection of metalworking tools we have available to give you some sense of the kinds of projects you may be able to complete in our space.
Cold Cut Saw
Made to cut through various metals of varying thickness without heating the part too much.
Hydraulic Press
Great for pressing bearings into or out of parts, this hydraulic press is useful for a lot of things.
Sheet Metal Brake
Can be used to create precise bends in sheet metal to fabricate boxes or other useful sheet metal shapes.
Welders
We have two welders. The first is a very capable MIG welder configured with a gas mixture for steel. The second is a TIG welder which is ideal for use on many materials, including Aluminum.
Cutoff Press
Purpose built to create clean straight cuts in sheet metal or thin bar stock.
Lathe
Useful for machining precise round parts, such as custom bushings, machining precise threads,.
Sheet Metal Roller
Designed to put consistent bends in sheet metal, or thin bar stock.
